Teaching Indigenous Languages
Use this page to find papers that have been given at meetings of the Stabilizing Indigenous Languages Conference, a conference that is "dedicated to promoting, preserving, and protecting indigenous languages of the Americas."  The conference has been held annually since 1994. This web site also has a page of links to other related sites.
 
The Society for the Study of the Indigenous Languages of the Americas
This site contains a wealth of academic information related to indigenous languages.
 
Manitoba Association for Native Languages, Inc. (MANL)
The Manitoba Association for Native Languages promotes the preservation of the Cree, Dakota, Dene, Inuit, Michif, Ojibwe, and Oji-Cree languages.  This site includes a variety of information, including an annotated bibliography of Aboriginal language materials.
