Native American Recipes 
Here are links to an extensive collection of recipes of traditional foods.  They include recipes for: fry bread; wild rice; maple sugar and maple syrup; corn, corn meal, and hominy; beans and greens; squash and pumpkin;  deer meat; fruit and berries; teas and herbal flavorings; and chocolate.  This page also includes links to other traditional food pages and recommended books.  From the Traditional Food, Health and Nutrition portion of Paula Giese's Native American web site hosted at Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College website.
